Chemical Treatment

We facilitate each piece of timber undergoes a careful process. The wood is placed in a treatment chamber, and a specially formulated preservative is applied under pressure. This ensures that the treatment penetrates deep into the wood fibers, providing long-lasting protection.

Kiln Drying

Kiln drying is a precise process that removes excess moisture from the timber, ensuring stability and preventing issues like warping or cracking. As the normal process duration this will be taken 7 days to 10 days will be differ with the thickness of the wood and the species.
